Whether you’re designing policy, negotiating with commercial suppliers, redesigning an organisational structure or managing frontline delivery, as a senior leader, you'll need to have a considered approach to implementation in order to achieve the desired outcomes. The Implementation Unit has a wealth of practical case study material drawn from the last five years, which we consider essential to the development of the Senior Civil Service of the future to ensure we continue to deliver on ministerial intent.

This masterclass will be led by a senior leader from the Implementation Unit and includes a senior guest speaker. The session is open to all SCS. Through attending, you’ll be able to:

· Identify common implementation pitfalls and how to avoid these

· Apply key implementation principles to problems

· Work collaboratively with other SCS to understand how you can embed these concepts in your teams; and

· Achieve impact through understanding how these principles align to your leadership responsibilities.
